Member Solutions - Privacy Statement

We have created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our extraordinary commitment to customer privacy, which is extremely important to us. Because we gather fundamental information from customers and visitors, we have decided to publicly communicate this policy.

Customers who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the "Service") are required to give us contact information, including their name, company name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Service. Such information is required to obtain a username and password to access the Service. If you express interest in obtaining additional information or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional personal and/or company information, such as your title, department name and fax number.

We use the information that we collect to offer products and services to individuals and businesses. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the products and services that we provide, including enhancements or updates to the products and services, or to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Except as explicitly stated at the time we obtain your personal information or as provided in the YOUbill® Master Subscription Agreement, Customer email addresses and other personal information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Also, customers can opt out of being contacted by us or receiving certain information from us at any time by sending an email to support@youbill.com.

Customers of the YOUbill® software service will be using the site to host data and information ("Data"). We will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the YOUbill® Master Subscription Agreement, as necessary or required to provide the Service, or as required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password.

We may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, for security purposes and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

If a user elects to use our referral service to inform a friend about our Site, we will ask for information about the referral, including, but not limited to their name, address and telephone number, with the express intention of contacting them regarding our products and services.

The Site may contain links to other web sites. Neither Member Solutions, YOUbill® nor any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns is responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the privacy statement of these other web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential when accessing a linked site.
