MSI reserves the right to decline to process payment for you on any order for any reason. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for delivering payment for the products purchased to Merchant. 5. MSI is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds or credits. 6. Any request to return or exchange a product and/or for a refund should be addressed directly to Merchant, which will process such request according to its return and exchange policies. 7.
